Aqua Creations Lighting & Furniture Atelier was founded in 1994 by designer-artist Ayala Serfaty and photographer Albi Serfaty.
Since its inception the atelier has acquired a reputation for its innovative designs and has earned international awards.
Over the years, the pioneering use of handcraft techniques with advanced lighting technology has put Aqua Creations in the forefront of sustainable design and green industry.
Aqua Creations features an extensive array of lighting and furniture lines, completed with site specific, customized solutions.
With increasing business in the contract market, including hospitality and residential projects, Aqua Creations specializes in integrating the clients’ vision and needs from conception to installation.
Ayala Serfaty, who began her creative path in fine arts, created her own unique visual language to be applied to Aqua Creations’ works. Sensuality of materials and forms, as well as softness of light characterise and distinguish Aqua Creations on the current design scene. Despite the growth in the manufacturing and distribution process, the handmade imprimatur still remains; skilled artisans continue to work on each piece individually, ensuring they are works of art as well as products of design.
Aqua Creations is headquartered in Tel-Aviv where all the creative work, design research and manufacturing are completed.
